Enhance Your Well-Being with Mindful Wednesdays and Thursdays at WPI
In an increasingly fast-paced world, the importance of self-care and mental well-being cannot be overstated. For members of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) community, the opportunity to cultivate a more mindful approach to daily life is readily available through the recently introduced Mindful Wednesdays and Mindful Thursdays. These sessions are designed to provide essential moments of calm and reflection amidst the daily hustle.
The drop-in meditation sessions, which are open to all members of the WPI community—students, faculty, and staff alike—require no prior experience, making them accessible to anyone interested in exploring the benefits of mindfulness. Each session will be led by a certified meditation teacher who will guide participants through a variety of meditation techniques. These sessions cater to both novices and seasoned practitioners, encouraging individuals to engage at their own comfort levels.
Mindful Thursday Schedule
– Time: 2:15 PM to 2:35 PM

In addition to the weekly meditation sessions, participants can look forward to receiving a weekly email every Friday titled “Mindfulness Tools To-Go.” This informative resource will feature meditative practices, inspiring poems shared during the preceding week, and various mindfulness materials that aim to enrich participants’ daily lives.
