Successful Applicants for Net Zero Hydrogen Fund Strands 1 and 2
A competition has been launched to identify projects that will support the development and deployment of low carbon hydrogen production. The aim is to allocate over £21 million to successful applicants who will contribute to this sustainable energy initiative.
There were 7 winners from the Net Zero Hydrogen Fund (NZHF) strands 1 and 2 in the latest round of the competition held in April 2023. These winners will receive funding to promote the growth of low carbon hydrogen production, pending the signing of contracts. The successful applicants represent both strand 1 and strand 2 competitions.
In a previous round of the competition held in April 2022, 15 applicants were awarded a total of £37.9 million to support the development of low carbon hydrogen production. Similar to the recent round, winners from both strand 1 and strand 2 were selected.
