Robin Schulz Renews Worldwide Publishing Agreement with BMG

Renowned producer and DJ Robin Schulz has extended his global publishing deal with BMG, his music publisher since 2016. This new agreement grants BMG co-publishing rights to Schulz’s entire catalog, including hit tracks like “Waves,” “Prayer in C,” “Sugar,” and “Young Right Now.”

Schulz expressed his excitement about continuing his partnership with BMG, highlighting the significant milestone of BMG acquiring his co-publishing rights. He praised the team for their support throughout his musical journey and looks forward to further collaboration.

Marc Johlen, BMG Vice President A&R Publishing GSA, also shared his delight in strengthening the relationship with Schulz through this acquisition. He praised Schulz as a visionary artist with a global impact, emphasizing BMG’s commitment to supporting exceptional talent and contributing to Schulz’s continued success.

In addition to the publishing agreement, Schulz has been working with BMG as the co-publisher for his Mentalo Music imprint since 2021. The Mentalo Music roster includes talented artists like Max Riehl, Loris Cimino, Dario Rodriguez, and WaveWave.

With over 800 Gold, Platinum, and Diamond awards in more than 30 countries, Schulz is one of the most successful DJs and producers globally. He has amassed over 12 billion streams and sold over 20 million records, with 14 No. 1 singles on the Airplay charts. Schulz also holds the distinction of being the first German artist to achieve three Diamond singles in his home country.

Schulz’s influence extends beyond the studio, with sold-out tours across the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia. He is a staple at major music festivals like Tomorrowland in Brazil and Belgium, Parookaville in Weeze, Ultra Music Festival in Miami, and his annual summer residency at Pacha in Ibiza.
