Annual summer festival at Jabal Akhdar in Oman under preparation

A meeting was convened in Nizwa on June 9, chaired by H.E. Sheikh Hilal Said Al Hajri, Governor of Al Dakhiliyah, to discuss key activities for the upcoming summer extravaganza. During the meeting, a committee was formed to oversee preparations for the event.

The summer extravaganza will feature a variety of cultural, social, sports, entertainment, heritage, and popular activities. The main goal of the event is to promote tourism and shed light on the heritage and natural resources of the Wilayat of Jabal Akhdar.

In addition to the main activities, an exhibition will be held on the sidelines of the event, showcasing products created by self-employed families and small and medium enterprises. This exhibition will provide a platform for local businesses to display their unique creations and attract visitors interested in supporting local artisans and entrepreneurs.
