‘Bear Shadow Announces 2024 Festival Lineup Featuring JJ Grey & Mofro, Black Pumas, North Mississippi All-Stars and More’
Bear Shadow music festival is set to make a comeback in the Blue Ridge Mountains for its fourth annual event. The festival, themed “Music, Mountains & Revelry,” is scheduled for May 11 and 12 in Highlands, N.C. Featuring headliners JJ Grey & Mofro and Black Pumas, the diverse lineup will also include live performances from North Mississippi Allstars, Futurebirds, American Aquarium, The Record Company, White Denim, and Grace Bowers.
On Saturday, May 11, attendees can enjoy sets from southern blues-rock band North Mississippi Allstars, country act American Aquarium, and rock group Futurebirds before funk-infused Southern rockers JJ Grey & Mofro take the stage. The following day, Sunday, May 12, Nashville guitarist Grace Bowers, Austin’s White Denim, and LA’s The Record Company will lead up to the psychedelic soul sounds of Black Pumas.
The festival will be held at Winfield Farm in Scaly Mountain, just seven miles from Highlands. Organizers will provide continuous shuttle services to and from the festival grounds, with General Admission tickets including complimentary drinks, access to food and retail vendors, and free entry for children aged 12 and under.
