GREENSBURG, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Police Troop A is set to launch its annual Hill Impact Program, an initiative specifically designed for local teenagers interested in exploring potential careers in law enforcement. The program is structured to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the responsibilities and challenges faced by law enforcement professionals.

Scheduled to run from January 26 to April 26, 2026, the program will convene every Monday evening from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Sessions will take place at the Pennsylvania State Police’s Southwest Training Center, located at 2900 Seminary Drive in Greensburg.

The Hill Impact Program aims to equip young participants, specifically those aged 15 to 18, with educational resources and physical preparedness necessary for consideration in law enforcement careers. The curriculum is designed not only to educate attendees about the fundamental roles and duties of police officers but also to enhance their physical fitness and readiness—critical components of a successful career in policing.
