‘Innovator Spotlight: John Reed’

Aim was recently named Commercial Carrier Journal’s Innovator of the Year for their groundbreaking text-based mobile app for over-the-road maintenance calls. Under Reed’s guidance, Aim has embraced a data transparency approach that allows customers to access their data directly in the system without any filtering, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
