Celebrate 100 Years at MOCA Jacksonville’s Centennial Gala: A Walk on the Wild Side

The Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville is commemorating its 100th Anniversary with the Centennial Gala, an event themed ‘New York in the ‘70s’ inspired by the featured exhibition, A Walk on the Wild Side. This exciting bash promises an evening of art, music, dancing, and spectacle, complete with artistic moments and delectable displays of food and beverages. It is an opportunity to revel in creativity and community as funds raised will support groundbreaking exhibitions, public programs, and educational initiatives that contribute to Jacksonville’s cultural landscape.

The gala is set to take place on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at MOCA Jacksonville, located at 333 North Laura Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The VIP Cocktail Reception will kick off the festivities from 6-7 p.m., followed by the main celebration from 7-10 p.m. General Admission tickets are priced at 0 for MOCA Members and 0 for Non-Members. Non-Member tickets include a complimentary individual membership. VIP Tickets are also available for 0, offering access to the VIP Cocktail Reception, the main celebration, and a special commemorative gift.

In preparation for the Gala, MOCA Jacksonville will be closed on Friday, April 5, and Saturday, April 6, 2026. This closure is to ensure that the museum is ready to welcome guests to this exclusive event. The gala promises to be a night to remember, blending art, music, and culture in a unique and vibrant setting.
