Recognizing the importance of mental well-being, Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) invites its community members to participate in Mindful Wednesdays and Mindful Thursdays, a series of drop-in meditation sessions designed to promote mental clarity and reduce daily stressors.

These sessions are warmly extended to all members of the WPI community, including students, faculty, and staff alike, making them widely accessible. Importantly, no prior meditation experience is necessary, ensuring that even those who are new to mindfulness practices can comfortably engage. Each session is led by a certified meditation instructor who provides guidance tailored to suit both novice participants and seasoned meditators. Details of the Sessions
