“Music in Vogue Gala by the Jacksonville Symphony”
The Jacksonville Symphony is gearing up for its annual “Music in Vogue” Gala, a glamorous evening celebrating music education and community engagement. The event will feature music from artists who have graced the cover of VOGUE magazine, including hits like Madonna’s “Vogue” and Taylor Swift’s “Love Story.”
Since its inception in 2016, the Gala has become the Symphony’s largest fundraising event, supporting over 42,000 students annually through various music education programs. The evening will kick off with a cocktail reception and silent auction, followed by a three-course dinner, a live auction, and a concert showcasing world-class guest artists and the talented musicians of the Jacksonville Symphony.
The event will take place on March 2nd at 5:00 p.m. at the Jacoby Symphony Hall in Jacksonville, Florida. The lineup includes Kevin Fitzgerald as Conductor, Alex Getlin as Vocalist, Jessica Hendy as Vocalist, Tamika Lawrence as Vocalist, and John Boswell on Piano and Vocals.
