‘New Summer Program for Adolescents’ Wellbeing Introduced by Embark Behavioral Health’

Embark Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing accessible and effective mental health services to address the unique challenges that young individuals may face during the summer break. This commitment is exemplified through their Summer T.I.M.E. program, which offers therapeutic activities, group sessions, and one-on-one counseling from the comfort of participants’ own homes.

The Summer T.I.M.E. program utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the individual needs of each participant, promoting holistic well-being and personal growth. Participants have the flexibility to dedicate nine to 12 hours per week to the program, with sessions running from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Pacific time and 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern time. Additionally, an optional Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder/Exposure and Response Prevention (OCD/ERP) add-on is available for specialized treatment.

Incorporating experiential therapy into its curriculum, Summer T.I.M.E. offers activities such as yoga, art, and music therapy to promote personal growth and healing. The program also focuses on social development, enhancing self-awareness, empathy, and social skills to prepare participants for meaningful relationships and interactions in their lives.

Summer T.I.M.E. is designed to support participants in enhancing their executive functioning skills, such as cognitive flexibility, self-control, and organizational abilities. Through engaging group sessions and mindfulness training, individuals are empowered to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

Embark Behavioral Health invites students to embark on a transformative journey with Summer T.I.M.E., guided by licensed therapists who are committed to facilitating personal growth and fulfillment.
