Brushwood Center in Riverwoods, IL is set to host its annual exhibition titled “Enriching Life” featuring botanical artworks from Brushwood Center’s Artist in Residence, Heeyoung Kim, and her students in the Brushwood Botanical Art Academy. The exhibition will open on Sunday, January 7th from 1pm to 3pm and will run until February 25th during Brushwood Center’s open hours.
This year’s exhibition will showcase artworks in various styles, ranging from traditional botanical illustrations to freer forms with an emphasis on aesthetics and natural history art. Titled “Enriching Life,” the exhibition aims to provide a vibrant display of botanical art for the public to enjoy.
Guests are invited to join the opening event on January 7th to view the stunning botanical art, enjoy refreshments, and listen to music. The exhibition opening is free and open to the public. Those interested can register for the opening on the Brushwood Center website.
