‘The Ultimate Weekend Localtopia Handbook’
Localtopia, St. Pete’s popular annual event showcasing local businesses and community organizations, will be returning this Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Williams Park located at 330 2nd Ave. N.
This family-friendly event is free to attend and will feature over 300 local vendors offering a wide variety of food and drinks. For transportation options, visitors can take advantage of the Free Bike Valet service at the corner of 2nd Ave. and 2nd St. N. Additionally, there will be a Fare-Free Day on the SunRunner, with the nearest stop located at 1st Ave N. and 5th St. Shuttle services to and from the event will be provided by Star Trolley, with pick-up and drop-off locations specified on the event’s website.
Given the anticipated traffic congestion in downtown St. Pete, it is recommended to plan ahead and arrive early to secure parking. Limited on-street parking will be available, so consider using alternative transportation methods to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note that road closures will be in effect on Saturday, February 24, surrounding Williams Park. Streets affected include 3rd St. between 1st and 2nd Ave. N., 2nd Ave. between 3rd and 4th St. N., 1st Ave. between 3rd and 4th St. N., and the old bus lane on 4th Street North.
