Three HRSA-funded health centers in Kentucky, which collectively cater to over 201,900 residents, will benefit from this infusion of funds. The investment will enable these centers to implement early morning, evening, and weekend operating hours, offering patients much-needed flexibility. This initiative is particularly crucial for individuals facing challenges such as transportation, child care, and scheduling conflicts during conventional business hours, which can often act as barriers to accessing healthcare.

The newly expanded services at these community health centers will offer a comprehensive range of medical, dental, mental health, substance use disorder, vision, enabling, and pharmacy services.
