‘Sza to Headline BST Hyde Park in June’
SZA is set to headline the BST Hyde Park festival this summer, following her recent recognition as the international artist of the year at the Brit Awards. The US R&B musician, Solana Imani Rowe, will take the stage on June 29 in London, supported by Sampha and Snoh Aalegra.
Last summer, SZA performed at London’s O2 Arena as part of her international SOS tour, along with shows in Glasgow and Manchester. At the Grammys, she took home awards for best R&B song, best progressive R&B album, and best pop duo/group performance.
Despite not being present to accept her award at the Brit Awards, SZA expressed her gratitude in a pre-recorded video message. The upcoming festival will also feature headliners like Stevie Nicks, Kings Of Leon, Andrea Bocelli, Robbie Williams, Shania Twain, and more.
Kylie Minogue, fresh off her Brits Global Icon win, will also headline the festival on July 13. This will be her second appearance at the event, having previously performed nine years ago.
Tickets for SZA’s performance will go on sale on March 8 at 10 am. Stay tuned for an unforgettable summer filled with incredible music and memorable performances.
