Tumi Appoints Aris Maroulis as Vice President for Asia Pacific and Middle East

Luxury travel accessories brand Tumi has announced the appointment of Aris Maroulis as its new vice president for the Asia Pacific and Middle East region. With 25 years of experience in Asia, Europe, and the US, Maroulis brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

Previously, Maroulis served as the director of China business operation and asset management at Hang Lung Properties, where he managed a portfolio of luxury shopping malls in mainland China. He also held positions as the managing director for Montblanc China and country director for Folli Follie Group.

In his new role at Tumi, Maroulis will be tasked with building the brand, overseeing operations, and managing overall business in the region. He will report directly to Subrata Dutta, Tumi president for Asia-Pacific and Middle East at Samsonite.

Dutta expressed his excitement about Maroulis joining the team, highlighting his extensive experience in luxury retail and commercial real estate. He believes Maroulis’s leadership will drive Tumi’s growth and enhance the customer experience across all brand touchpoints in the region.
