Female Engineering and Mammut launch collaboration and a period panty for mountain adventures
Female Engineering, the femtech brand by Lindex, launches a collaboration with Mammut, the global premium outdoor brand renowned for alpine performance and innovation. Together, the brands launch a period panty for women who want to train and explore alpine environments, on any day of their cycle.

The period panty is developed to meet the demands of an active lifestyle and builds on Female Engineering’s expertise in science-driven innovation for women. The result is a secure, comfortable and low bulk period panty designed for activities such as hiking, climbing, trail running and skiing. The product has been tested in alpine environments together with Mammut’s female athletes and reflects both brands’ high standards of performance and reliability.
The period panty is designed for high-intensity activity, featuring a body-hugging fit that remains invisible under tights and stays securely in place even under harnesses and other equipment. Carefully engineered absorbent layers manage flow, moisture and odor in every movement. Every detail reflects one shared belief: women should never feel limited in the outdoors because of their period.
‘Periods are part of everyday life for half the population, yet performance apparel has rarely accounted for them. With Female Engineering, we saw an opportunity to apply their innovation and technology to a real and often overlooked performance need among our consumers.
